Liquid Sampling Station

The BVS, SPE-400 automatic liquid sampling station is a complete, factory built, turnkey system designed to take composite samples on an unattended basis. Its pneumatic – electric operation is equally effective in performing tasks from batch control to monitoring effluents.
The model SPE-400 is intended for permanent on-site installation anywhere liquid sampling is necessary. The cabinet is constructed of durable, 1/8 inch, reinforced, primed aluminum protected by an electrostatic powder coat. It provides a significant increase in the efficiency and cost effectiveness of continuous sampling by eliminating the time, labor and money attendant to manual collection. Its automatic sampling frequency can be based on a predetermined schedule by using the built-in rate timer or, alternatively, on proportional flow of the stream by using an external flow meter.
